FudgePots has three Collections: Original, Spiced and Vegan. Every flavour is made by hand in small batches using all-natural ingredients (no gluten, palm oil, preservatives or colours) and packaged in plastic-free glassine bags. Our secret cooking method results in a perfect fudge, with a melt-in-the-mouth interior beneath a fine, almost glossy surface patina. The Original Collection
RICH VANILLA — Rich, buttery fudge with notes of cream, honey and caramel. Perfected with Taylor & Colledge organic Fairtrade vanilla extract. Vies with our Salted fudges (below) for the title of Most Popular Flavour
SALTED CARAMEL — Made with pink Saltan Himalayan rock salt, a delicious clash of salty and sweet. Extremely popular, a safe choice for a gift

CHRISTMAS CAKE — Reminds you of rich fruitcake. Perfect with Sherry or tea. Brimful of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, orange and lemon
WHISKY & HONEY — Whisky flavours of smoke and peat mingle with dark, amber honey. Particularly delicious with a wee dram
CHOCOLATE ORANGE — Bitter oranges from Valencia meet the deep, rich flavours of pure cocoa for an intense chocolate experience
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE — So called, because when we started up, in order to make this the most chocolatey fudge ever we simply doubled the amount of cocoa in it! Deep, dark and luscious!
The Spiced Collection
MISHTI MASALA — If you are a free spirit fond of new taste sensations, try this delightful (and as far as we know, unique) taste of India. Exotic cardamom, warming ginger and bitter turmeric create a lightly spiced fudge unlike any you've tried before. Goes beautifully with chai
PANCH PHORON — Fragrant and savoury spices of Bengal jostle with the sweetness of caramel and cream to create contradictory layers of flavour. Good for those who enjoy mild curries, salted caramels or bitter marmalade
CHOCO COCO — A dreamy blend of coconut, dark chocolate and just a touch of spice, for depth. A favourite: FudgePots third most popular flavour, after Vanilla and Salted Pistachio. Suitable for vegans

The Christmas Collection
A Christmas gift for gourmets: handmade fudge in classic Rich Vanilla, toothsome Salted Pistachio, vegan Chocolate Coconut, or a Christmas Trio of three flavours in one box (Vanilla, Christmas Cake & Chocolate Orange). The fudge is handmade, delicious, with notes of cream and caramel, it is made of all-natural ingredients, and after it is eaten the box itself is an attractive holder for jewellery, cufflinks, or other small items. Large boxes contain 16 fudge pieces (minimum weight 230g) and Small boxes contain nine (minimum 115g).
