·      Orders cannot be cancelled, fudge returned or a refund given if the fudge has been unsealed (bags untied).

·      Please notify FudgePots (by email) of returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.

·      Please return the fudge within 14 days after that notification.

·      Email for returns:

·      FudgePots will refund cancelled orders in full on receipt of the sealed fudge from the consumer.

·      Consumers must return the fudge to the address specified once FudgePots has been contacted.

·      Please state why the fudge is being returned.

·      Please notify FudgePots if the goods are faulty within 14 days of receiving them.
